Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • I love this software, everything about it. It is so easy and efficient to use and it is not complex at all.

  • I love everything about this software! I love how it makes it easy to do almost everything and that even the most inexperienced person can figure it out.

  • Cons

  • It is not intuitive and reviewing old operations is a bit difficult but the system gradually learns and ends up being a great accounting and administrative tool

  • The software is a bit on a slow side-experience sometimes may not be too smooth, especially during high traffic hours. Efficient processor, a lot of RAM and a decent network is a must.
