The software has moved from a server only based system to offering for server based or web-based usage and have added app-based options for field reporting, payroll and expense management. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love ComputerEase for construction-based companies or companies with project-based costing. It provides both structure in reporting and accounting and the flexibility for each individual company to set up the cost system and reporting for the specific needs of their business. General contractors will love the Subcontract module which allows you to link sub change orders to an owner change. It also allows you to limit billings and payments on a subcontract. Subcontractors will love the labor module and unit based costing reports that are available. #### Cons Sometimes you have to get support involved to help building custom reports that you need - the good news is that support is very responsive. #### Reasons for choosing Deltek ComputerEase ComputerEase provides the best value and when compared to other products. I provide fractional Controller/CFO services for growing companies and believe that the software a contractor selects is as important as the tools they use to get the job done. No one likes doing "paperwork" but to be able to use ComputerEase and have it all in the cloud and easily accessable was a dream come true for the company I advised to use this. They are very happy with it, and so am I. It makes submitting time cards on time a breeze. I like that I am able to split my daily hours up between jobs. #### Cons My only con is that i wish there was an easier way to set up a reminder notification within FieldEase. I also wish the mobile app was more user friendly.
