To do pay applications was hard. It had so many things that just didn't apply to our business and it was hard.

Program is very detailed, but once you learn it, it is very user friendly. There are a lot of benefits we do not utilize.

The daily functions are great to use, and I caught on quickly. I am not so impressed with the month end reporting.

What I love about this, is you can actually monitor your projects in terms of budgeting, tracking your workflow. It's conveniently easy to use.

It has a great features in accounting system, good in tracking bills and expenses and I recommend to use who have a small or big business.

Doing projected final costs and tracking a construction budget were a breeze with Computer Ease.

A very efficient job costing solution. Very useful on job scheduling.

Workflows are great for frequent operations. Good module interface between modules.

They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.

Costumer support is terrible. Templates are sloppy and unprofessional and clunky to use, so all need to be recreated by the company using them.

Not user friendly, does not work with any other programs, will not live 2 way integrate with other software packages.

It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

It is also so good in accounting system according on their works.

IT is very easy to navigate. I love how quick it opens and closes and how reports are also generated very quickly.

I enjoy expense ease more than our last software which was sage. I like being able to use the software when not in the office.

In payroll in the sick time accruals there is an item maximum hours per year, you can enter a number but it does not warn you if they go over.

Hands down, the support is what I like best. They respond almost immediately and are very friendly.

The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.

The reports that we are able to produce are amazing from tax reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable, cost control, and document control. The software has saved our company time and money.

Having everything integrated is the key for us. It really helps us get a better picture of our business overall instead of waiting until the end of the year to see how we did.

Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.

The service module is terrible. It has been a while since any substantial updates.

All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.

I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.

The ease of use and the correlation of all the information into one software. The accounting process is easy to use.

Though we don’t frequently need them, customer support is always very responsive, and all issues are quickly resolved.

This one is a definite stand out. Great customer support, great documentation and a freephone number.

What i like the most is it gave me opportunity to study angain and learn more according what i want course.

We also use their new bar code system along with CELive to track up to the minute location of our equipment. Great support, I love our trainer, she knows her stuff.

I didn't need to integrate software. It was also easy to setup on any and all of my devices.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

In spite of its costs and its less-then-heavenly online assistance, QuickBooks Online wins our Editor's Choice honor for offering the best, thorough, helpful, and usable devices.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
