Very good Software, Customer service very nice. Also it is very easy to use, once get experienced.

Candy's customer service is phenomenal, they offer great training sessions and constantly improve and innovate to keep the software in line with industry trends.

The difficulty in correcting a mistake. No revert to previous facility button.

Overall it's an excellent program that I would recommend to anyone. It is such a powerful tool for estimating and organizing projects.

Some time reports will get error and PDF view will be corrupted.

Very good estimating software rates can be built easily and utilize efficiently,no other software can compete in term of estimating and valuation.

Out of all these products I like Candy because it is very easy to handle and less complicated. Price is also lower than the Primavera.

Candy is a very powerful and very user friendly project management software where so many software such as MS Project, Oracle Primavera tries to be the leader.

Functionality of QTO is very bad and inefficient,it is way behind other on screen measurements softwares.

I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

I love the flexibility and ease of use. The ability to flip from tasklist to schedule to card views is great.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

Overall our experience has been great, customer service and tutorials are awesome.

I love using this tool for work as it offers me multiple functions that streamline and quickly manage my projects. Smartsheet has a very amazing and nice interface.

The new features have been awesome. One think I love the best is the Report Builder functionality.

The issue is not the software but the person setting it up. It is frustrating to contribute to the poorly designed Smartsheet because of the lead's limited knowledge.

Someone it is hard to give access to others - but that is user error on our end with the credentials.

Overall, we are happy with our roll-out of Smartsheets, as it has allowed us greater organization and insight into our project plans and their successes.

The lack of an autosave feature can be frustrating at times. I believe this is something that could easily be implemented in the future.

Cost efficient easy to use project tracking tool with good view options.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

I have long been an admin user of this solution and have continued to build an understanding of all the excellent features that are available within this.

There is an excellent integration with both JIRA and Salesforce, allowing us to leverage all three products together for increased efficiency.

It is great to be able to share assets with others, keep comments together with their project and track progress in one place.

Love the automation aspect and form-building to collect information from outside organizations, etc. Super easy to learn and do on your own.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.

I loved the flexibility and the ability to export into an Excel file, when needed. I also loved how it updates and saves.
