The software offers tools to assist with estimations, proposal writing, scheduling, dispatch, job control, financial management and document management. It integrates with QuickBooks and Sage. Users can create proposals and email them to customers. Extra-work tickets can be created and signed before a job begins. Users can track labor, equipment hours, rental hours and materials used.

Materials, equipment and employees can be coordinated with Construction System. Users can also maintain a dispatch log which helps ensure that equipment and materials are sent to the correct job site. Employees can access projects specifications and documents while in the field.
