Outstanding software for construction management.

The schedule transfer between online and the main program is a little difficult to maneuver, especially trying to update the online schedule in the main program, and vice versa, does not work.

The amount of things it offers and the ability to integrate with my other programs, quickbooks, plan swift.

I am pleased with the program, it has given us a more professional look and organizes our estimates in a concise format.

Simplicity and ease of use. Easy to move around in the software.

We were looking for a comprehensive construction project management software and Construction Suite is it.

The product support is excellent. There's lots of excellent training videos and great tech support when needed.

This product is very easy to use. Never using software of this kind before, I picked it up very easy.

It allows me to create estimates quickly, again once set up, that are easy to track and integrates with Quickbooks. I have great cost history now as well.

UDA ConstructionSuite is easy to use and a reliable software for the construction business. I like the following features.

ConstructionSuite is an outstanding and robust program that is actually better than what I used in my commercial career.

Overall, the software is satisfatory. However, it would be unfair to say that it was just satisfatory when I have yet to explore all of the potential value that it may have.

Software is pretty easy to use once it is set up and if you pay for support the support is very helpful.

Software has some glitches at times. I constantly get errors about different formulas having errors when opening estimates.

Great software backed by great customer service. Wish licence fees and Totalcare packages were offered in Canadian currency.

Some printing features were lost in the new version. There's also a loss of decimal places for multipliers in the new estimate version.

Integrates all of our programs, helps us maintain accuracy, great user experience, allows easy updates to pricing.

The estimate should be archived even if deleted, mistakes happen.

Easy of estimating and project docs. Enter the estimate and all the construction documents are pulled from there.

As an estimate and proposal software, I think UDA does a good job gathering the data and creating a nice result to present the client.

The ease of use and the option of support is well worth the price. We feel much more confident in our estimating and scheduling control because of the ease of access through construction on-line.

It is a great tool which saves us time and money. It integrates with other tools we use which allows us to focus on the more important aspects of our industry, making sure we have happy clients.

Support team are a pleasure to work with. They have always helped me step by step.

The support is so good its like having these guys in house.

Great program for all general contractors in the industry.

UDA will WREAK HAVOC on your contacts in Outlook. It does a terrible job of managing husband/wife or partner/partner situations.

This software is relatively easy to use being a new user.

PlanSwift is very functional, easy to learn and, best of all, it’s affordable.

Our quality of estimates has improved due to the quality of the take-off.

I will recommend to others, to save time for their Quantity Surveyors.

Used to do quick take offs for estimating and budgeting purposes. Took a bit of time to get used to all of the tools but is very useful now.

Easy to use and understand. The way it allows me to organize my take-off is fantastic.

The other downside for me was that I had to have my computer rebuilt, and the PlanSwift files were stored in a place on my computer that is not routinely copied when an IT tech rebuilds the computer.

Terrible customer service. I usually call and have to leave a message and someone might get back to me in 24-48 hours.

So far I am fair happy with my experience overall.

It's another takeoff software that helps save lots of time which means more bids and more work. We had a good experience with the helpful support team,  so we would recommend trying it out.

Planswift provides intuitive, easy to use features that make completing takeoffs simple, yet effective.

Very good value for money compared to the other packages on the market Integrates with excel and being able to import your own template is great.

Great software for organizing and implementing budget information.

The Auto count tool never worked. As well as the customer  service which was poor.

Great for getting a quick, accurate count for material. Easy to add  pricing into the programs.

Plan swift has helped us plan, budget, and estimate projects successfully.

When looking into takeoff software this is the clear winner. It integrates well with other programs such as BuilderTrend and it is very easy to use.

Easy to use and it is also available for certain customizations as well. It is very accurate in to details  which is good.

I don’t have any comments regarding PlanSwift that I would consider to be negative.

The value on this program is what I'm most impressed with. It has all of the capabilities of many other more expensive estimating software.

Overall this is a fantastic product and it would be amazing if it could be upgraded to allow more than one aet of plans to be open.

It will certainly get the job done, but could improve.

Easy to use, accurate if you are with your inputs.

Planswift doesn't make it easiest to edit distances. Also I have found it that some automatic settings for measuring distances are confusing.

This never used to be the case (I have used the software for ten or more years). It seems every time they get bought, the problem gets worse.

Ease of use and integration with Sage Estimating. Ability to have multiple takeoff areas and name them accordingly.

Customer support is great. I would recommend this as an option for those looking for takeoff and estimating software.

It is difficult to find files when there are a lot in one folder.
