Pros
- The amount of things it offers and the ability to integrate with my other programs, quickbooks, plan swift.
- Simplicity and ease of use. Easy to move around in the software.
Cons
- The schedule transfer between online and the main program is a little difficult to maneuver, especially trying to update the online schedule in the main program, and vice versa, does not work.
- Software has some glitches at times. I constantly get errors about different formulas having errors when opening estimates.
Pros
- Another feature I like a lot is the Favorites Bar. Spectrum is very broad and the Favorites Bar makes it very easy to quickly assess certain features of Spectrum that are specific to your role.
- It's practical, there are a lot of short cuts that can be used like starring your favorite menus items. The reporting options are great.
Cons
- We are either forced to switch to the cloud and pay a significantly higher price each year or miss out on all of the new features of Spectrum.
- Customer support is very frustrating and does not provide timely assistance.
