Pros
- Outstanding choice for contractors looking for a reliable, easy-to-use software solution with excellent functionality and top-notch customer support.
- The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.
- M super super happy even after 2 years. Gone are the days where I took more then a week to do an estimate.
Cons
- Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.
- The inability to be able to enter multiple pay wages for employees. The software is currently unable to track Davis Bacon wage jobs as is.
- Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.
Pros
- I like best that you can attach documents and pictures to the daily reports. It helps to assure needed information will be easily accessible in one place.
- Easy to use price perfect, I love using it everyday with my coworker and the customer service is really kind.
- I like the features include in this platform, its gives you all you need for a construction management project. It's really easy to use and the interface is user friendly and really nice.
Cons
- Anything from Procore now immediate goes into my spam folder. Next time a general tells me they are using Procore I will be demanding an additional $3000 for my time to use this stupid software.
- It is a terrible, horrible piece of software. If you hate someone, force them to use this.
- There are so many things I dislike, it’s hard to know where to start.
