- They typically don't go on the roof and to send photos to them helps them to see what work was performed and that builds trust with the customers.
- We run all our operations in Dataforma. It has been our system for 12 years and we have great success.
Cons
- Lack of ability to track employee training records. Cost of use changed from unlimited users to a pay by user basis after we had been signed up for several years.
- Needs to be designed/ organized by a roofer and not a computer engineer. Dataformas on-boarding staff did a poor job in follow up.
Pros
- Premier's customer support is extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and always offers solutions on how to best customize the software for our company's unique goals and objectives.
- This program has saved us a lot of time and effort. Jonas Premier also allowed our project managers to be more engaged and they are enjoying working with the software as well.
Cons
- I hear they are working on this, as I realize it is no small task and is very expensive to implement.
- Frequent errors and calculation inconsistencies (specifically with rounding amounts).
