DocuQual is a web-based supplier prequalification software designed to help businesses maintain supplier compliance according to specific hiring client requirements by collecting documents such as master services agreements (MSAs), company policies, T&Cs and more.

Key features of DocuQual include risk assessment, auditing, compliance management, risk reporting, predictive analytics, exceptions management and qualification tracking. The platform enables managers to assess the risk qualification of contractors based on various safety or non-safety and compliance or non-compliance measures. Additionally, it helps organizations that hire small contractors to reduce risks regardless of the level of services performed.

DocuQual's customizable prequalification questionnaire is created based on each clients' requirements, allowing it to be relevant to the operations and work performed by suppliers.

DocuQual is available on an annual subscription and support is extended via documentation, email, phone and inquiry form.
