I'm frustrated with individual user's inability to truly adopt the product and change how they do things. Old dogs have a hard time learning new tricks.

It's also very helpful to manage workloads with employees.

E-Builder is a great tool that helps our organization effectively manage our Capital projects system-wide.

We use lots of custom processes and flows to manage workflow and control QA/QC of documents. The interface is also easy to use.

Strict way to manage documentation, easy to use once you learn the processe. Customer service is there when needed, really helpful.

I like receiving email notifications when I have work in my court. I also like the ease of sending actual costs to an Excel worksheet.

Functionality  and ease of use not only for end-users but especially for the client system admins.

Also, if I ever had any questions, the support team was wonderful, eager to help me quickly.

Overall I think the system is great and everyone should use it. The customer control that I deal with is fabulous and extremely quick and efficient - something you do not run in to often.

A great tool to integrate owner, engineers, contractors in one place. Not the most intuitive or easy to use by users.

This product is robust its efficiency and innovative makes him above all the others, We can easily reconfigure things without customer service, but when you need them they are so reliable.

If you're working on $100k project this might not be the software for you. If you're working on a $100M project I would highly recommend it.

We are hopeful that e-builder can eventually integrate with all our hospitals and financial system, this would help us maximize the value of this product.

E-builders lack of intuitive design and browser limitations can be very frustrating at times.

The ability to setup controls on functions so that organization and consistency can be maintained. The forms section is great.

I think the price is great for the product. They really deliver what they promise.

The application is very easy to use, very user friendly, is web base access. The search button/functionality is fantastic, is very easy to find some project.

I'm impressed with the overall quality of the software and would definitely  recommend it. You get a lot of value for the money and wonder customer support.

E-Builder has great potential, but it could use an upgrade to improve their response time and customer support knowledge and responsiveness.

Its a great company and has the sold weight of Trimble behind it. They need to start investing in a new interface to keep track.

Help menu is very detailed and has information for almost everything you can imagine. Many advanced features that have the ability to vastly improve how projects are managed if used correctly.

We are happy with the frequency in the ITBs and the quality of the projects.

The UI is incredibly user friendly and straightforward. The ease of access to all of the plans is helpful.

Very helpful getting to bid projects in the commercial industry that I would have been able to bid prior to be set up with PlanHub,  also the ability to pick and choose projects geographically.

I can't stand that it lumps brick, block and stone altogether. We are a stone company so I waste a tremendous amount of time looking at jobs to find out there is no stone on them.

What we like the most are  Facility and price this softwre.

Sometimes deadlines for quotes are too close to when info was received. I have to make drawings for Fire Alarm systems - lack of time.

The software is definitely user friendly and the support staff is friendly and helpful.

Good all in all, and I like the price point. Very similar info is on other sites and costs way more elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the free trial with this software and the ease of navigating the menus. I wish they would either extend the longer free trial or lower the monthly/yearly price.

It compiles a great number of opportunities into one place. It is a great way to find potential clients and get in front of them.

I dislike the delay of having the data sent to us. There are some instances where the information is sent to late.
