To start with I would like to point that we did some research on the current market. From all of the available products, we chose Easy Price Pro.

Each section of works carefully thought out and presented. Diagrams are a great help too.

It is a powerful tool which can be adapted to suit your own way of working. The job profiles and the quote letter, once edited, save time on every time.

It helped me win more work and even paid for itself after the first 2 quotes I produced. Definitely worth its money as I don't have to spend as much time in the office and spend more time on site.

Had countless problems with it crashing, losing information, freezing.

They also offered telephone assistance and help whenever we needed it which gave me the confidence that we had indeed bought.

This software is easy to use, made easier by the fact that the staff at Easy Price Pro are very friendly and helpful.

They tell me that I’m the only one having these problems. But how can be the only person to ask for a search bar.

I have wasted more time trying to fix faults than actually price work and I have lost more jobs just because I didn’t even manage to send the quote in time.

I have greater accuracy in my pricing, and it taught me about things I had not factored in before, for example my cement mixer.

Despite the high cost it is worth it given the time saved in producing quotes manually. Support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have always recommended this product to fellow builders and tradesmen alike and will continue to do so.

Easy Price Pro, as the title suggest Easy pricing software all functions easily used. Saved loads of time preparing quotes using this software.

My experience of this product is very positive, it has saved me time in the office and my business is more profitable because I can spend more time onsite.

The time u save on pricing jobs is great and easy to impute the information needed, Great customer support from Carl at easy price pro would highly recommend this program.

Won't run on Office 365 so despite having this on my PC I had to purchase a DOWNGRADE to Office 13. So my PC no isn't up to date so when Office 13 becomes obsolete my pc will be useless.

We find Easy Price Pro an excellent software programme. From start to finish their customer care was very courteous and informative.

They have no intention of upgrading their software to work with 365.

The worst invested I’ve ever made. I could carry on but I have run out of space.

But the support guys are very nice and helpful.

I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

As a new user to the software I have been using the chat feature for help quite a bit and all the agents are amazing CP1 was super helpful today.

TSheets was wonderful and the customer service was the top of the line.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

This is very user friendly and easy to use on a cell phone. I like that it can track where you clock in and out.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

I was really excited about all of the features this product had to offer.

Having an app that each employee could download following a link and then clock in and out in a super straightforward manner was fantastic.

Customer service is wonderful, precise help line, they meet our desires in the office.

The customer service is the best. The reps were really helpful and I appreciate the time and detail spent helping us out.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

Ease of use , and when I do have a question I have received outstanding customer support.

Thank goodness they haven't had to use this feature yet, but knowing it is there is comforting.

Easy to set up, easy to use, and has increased our billing thanks to accuracy in understand labor costs for our projects.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

Overall, t-sheets has been great. When we separated from the original account to our own smaller account, the staff was super helpful.
