There are no downloads so we were bidding with the software in a little over an hour after purchase. There are several very nice features that come with this software yet it is so simple to use.

There are a few irritating issues with navigation within the software. They don't limit functionality, but can add a little bit of time to the estimating process.

The Houzz pro software design program is still buggy and missing key items such as stairs and a fireplace. Bugs need to be fixed as I have lost floor plans  and needed to regain trust in the program.

The ease of navigating through the website makes my daily use less complicated. Having someone who dedicated to our accounts helps when I have questions on how to improve our site.

Other than if you have a problem that needs to escalate past your account rep you’ll have to write a bad review before they actually reach out to you.
