  • Pros

  • I love that it updates in real time and is fully integrated. It is also scalable thanks to the cloud meaning we will never outgrow the system.
  • Everything is super organized and the files are very easy to find. I like the layout and you can do with it.
  • Cons

  • The interface is very out-dated and hard to use (particular on mobile browsers), it requires constant maintenance, patching, and testing. It's expensive to integrate with things.
  • Very difficult to learn & I found the training lacking.

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
