I “stomach” the price because the software is so helpful. Love the product, but would switch to anything comparable if the price was more reasonable.

Esticom has saved us a ton of time on how we build quotes for our customers.

Assemblies are all in USD and there is no way to convert to CAD besides importing wholesale pricing and building all new assemblies.

Covering additional expenditures like overhead and waste is wonderful. Ability to apply difficulty levels is nice.

The estimate submission - breakout of the pst is awkward. I would more flexability with my final price to submit to client.

There are not many icons for the fire protection industry I work in. This makes it difficult when creating mocked up drawings for the customer.

Easy to use electrican friendly. Going from take off to plan to estimate is very easy.

Cannot adjust descriptions in the quote page (must do it in the takeoff screen). Some odd quirks, which are not deal breaker but annoying.
