Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, having all job-related details accessible in one system really improves efficiency and communication across the team. - It has streamlined our workflow, improved team communication, and eliminated the need for multiple systems, saving us a significant amount of time. ### Most mentioned cons - I DISLIKE how we have 3 "digital locations" set up for our job #'s to be separated for repairs, roofing, & restoration and the 3 locations cannot talk to each other at all. - Can not do cascading tasks with automations, would like to be able to automatically create a task/checklist item when a previous task is completed. - Another problem with the estimating process is that you put together estimates based on measurements that are entered. The averages of the A/R Range is the average of the averages, which gives an inaccurate data points to go off of. I have used acculynx for 7 years now. I have seen it grow a lot, and they do add new features and make improvements continually. They always want to email. I prefer a phone call. The pricing continues to increase without any new features. All new features are additional cost to implement, and they are all expensive. And they have increased the price on all the add on features as well. The cost is now more than the benefit from the software. Everything is kept nice and secure should we need it again in the future. At the time it was like Contractor's Cloud was a DOS based system and AccuLynx was Microsoft Windows. When one emails or calls they respond very quickly and actually listen to customer suggestions when upgrading their product. There are a few bugs and issues that occur as with any software However, they are responsive when reported and usually get them smoothed out. #### Cons Acculynx has repeatedly raised the price for their product. They have multiple add on products but at a pretty big cost. By using some of the additional products offered you can really shoot up your bill. For a smaller company the cost is not worth the additional add on. Estimates and worksheets can link making it easier for invoicing. Our customers do not have many issues signing e-sign documents, and if there ever is an issue, customer support is quick in responding. #### Cons There are a couple things we do wish Acculynx had, such as having an option to add a 'flag' to an account. I like the learning tutorials, they are very well made; straight to the point and easy to understand. The training videos made my life easier during the first couple weeks. Another feature that I really like is the team comunication whithin. If you ever have any questions about any topics you can always go back and find the job notes in their file. Their costumer service is great too! #### Cons Honestly the price.
