I was beyond irritated at that point. We paid for a setup and we have to do the file conversions too.

We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.

The entire staff is understanding to our needs and quickly recommends the best way to use the software to best benefit our needs.

The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.

Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.

We have saved  money, less paper, less toner, employees have more time work due to not having to fill out paper invoices, not having to scan invoices or mail them out.

The program is very  user friendly as is the onboarding process. Easy navigation within both the mobile version for our field technicians and also within the office user license on the admin side.

All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.

Again only thing I disliked was crashing during mobile.

They have a good thing going, but really need to work on service interruptions, along with better training of tech support.

I like the amount of options the overall program offers; such as tracking call sources, maintenance agreement tracking, installation/equipment tracking, general layout of the software itself.

Like that I can keep better track of profitability on individual projects.

We most liked the scheduling aspect of the software as well as the integration with Quickbooks.

You cannot click on a time slot in the dispatch board to initiate a scheduled work order/job. When you e-mail a quote to a customer the customer has no way of approving that work order.

Everything takes 20 extra steps to complete support is useless techs hate it information is lost connection with quickbooks is a major issue. WHAT YOU ARE SOLD IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I only had a couple problems with uploading a ticket but FieldEdge was able to assist with correcting immediately.

FreeCAD has been a vital part of my work life for a year now. It has been very instrumental in my work towards my master's degree and i am quite happy with the software.

This software has been used to create hundreds of drawings for mocking up ideas.

Developing a model in this is somewhat straightforward once you have the logic understood (which is an odd form in itself).

Having used this software a few times, i thought it was good value for money and was easy to use.

User can easily sketch, constraint a geometry, draft a models from 3D into 2D. The user interface is user friendly.

For me it is very difficult to do the transition from 2D to 3D because there are a lots of options that I do no manage for work in three dimensions.

Quiet a user friendly software and the biggest advantage is that the software is free.

The interface takes a bit to get used to, but its not a huge curve by any means. Geometric constraints work great.

This is a pretty darn intuitive parametric CAD program. I love that its open source and is maintained by a great community.

It can be somewhat harder to pickup, and in case any complexities or faults arise, workarounds can often be a pain to deal with.

With no prior knowledge of 3D designing, it was a big challenge to learn it over a matter of few days. Surprisingly FreeCAD  was very helpful because of its simplicity and user friendly features.

This is a good software for 3D design. It is for free and there is a great community that can give support to you, with a lot of tutorials in Youtube.

I use FreeCAD to design/integrate enclosures, and create mockups for internal use. It can't compete with SolidWorks, which I use for client work, but of course SolidWorks can't compete on the price.

I personally like this software. Don't break your pocket (Completely free of charge).

Overall it is a great software to have in your business it works wonders and most of all it is free, I absolutely recommend it.

I love that it’s free first of all. The projections from all angles is amazing and really helpful when designing for clients so they can really get a full picture of what you are designing.
