The end users concern about the change in process (ended up loving it and are so glad we switched from paper job books), administrative staffing learning how to utilize new technology (again who love the ease an access of everything being in one system for tracking training, and ease of support for the field supervisor), to our accountant who is so excited for the inventory tracking system. It was a nerve wracking process at first to implement and get everyone on board with the idea, but once we started the process and encouraged our staff to try it and give us feedback on how we could better help them with the paperwork in the field there is not one employee at any level that would go back to the "old way" of doing things. They were knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We rolled out to offices and realized we need to get thing set up in one first then roll out the second. They were great at helping us regroup and implement our plan to suite our needs. Cons: The headquarters platform is still in development for the corporate level oversight. I am excited to see all the opportunities this developed platform will offer the corporate level staff. Reasons for choosing FieldFlo The FieldFlo system was designed by demo and abatement contractors. They understood our needs and have created a system that is really designed for our industry in mind, but have created something that is far more user friendly then other systems we have used with Generals, Architects and Engineers. This system was designed with the end users in mind and has developed into to so much more. We can't wait to see what FieldFlo implements next. We love that they are open to our suggestions and are even more interested to see how they can implement them. We appreciate all of the support we get from our FieldFlo partners.
