Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • It's super easy to upload photos, even on my slow connection it handles them easily. I LOVE that you can roll-over previous days work load, since most days my subs are doing the same things.

  • This is a very easy to use application, the interaction with my phone makes life a lot easier and frees me up to focus on my job...

  • Cons

  • It's not a negative, but it does have some features that we simply do not use. Making it too integrated can make it a little cumbersome for some new users.

  • Haven’t found anything yet that makes me grit my teeth. It’s simple, it works, what more do you need?
