Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • Set-up was a breeze! It came with many pre-configured business processes that once I got used to the navigation, I was able to set-up all of my depts. in under 3 hours.

  • I love how much you can get done with this software! So many nooks and crannies for information. Perfect tool in a manufacturing environment.

  • Cons

  • expensive tools for new costumers, is not the first option in the market, it works just fine with some modules

  • Sometimes the ECC look and feel is not the best, however you have a lot of information to find what you are looking for,
