Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • Pros

  • I like that it is easy to use after learning the payroll and accounts payable modules. I have been happy with the help I get and like the software more & more.

  • Support gets back to you very quickly and usually has the answer right away.

  • Cons

  • A bit pricey, but in the long term it pays off. A bit of a learning curve for users, so this would definitely be considered a long term investment for your company.

  • VERY difficult to learn and get used to the dynamics. It takes a lot of stick time to understand how things work and the best way of doing them.
