Pros
- Ease of use and integration from pc to mobile. The fact that i could copy repetitive invoices and projects saved me a lot of time as well.
- It’s very easy to use,excellent customer service and use also a great mobile app. I am really happy to have this software in my company.
Cons
- Interface is hard and confusing to use. Not built for those without precision motor skills (forget it if you have any sort of impairment).
- The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.
Pros
- Support was always there. With the proper equipment in place, an estimator can perform a digital takeoff from the online drawings and create a proposal for the project.
- We choose McCormick Systems because their platform is exactly what we needed, it is incredibly user friendly, their customer service and support is fantastic, and the price/value was unmatched.
Cons
- I can't delete items on a take off tab and need to enter them aa a negative. Whish there was a free site that linked up for keeping item costs.
- The installation process and getting the software up and running was difficult.
