### Pros

"It helps streamline the pay application process and reduces the amount of back-and-forth emails between contractors, subcontractors, and accounting teams. Once everything is set up, it creates a much more organized workflow for managing payments and documentation."

"By automating the creation and submission of AIA-type progress billings, the platform ensures mathematical accuracy and consistency, significantly reducing the back-and-forth typically caused by manual entry errors or formatting issues."

"The ability to track invoices, lien waivers, and compliance documents in one centralized system has significantly reduced administrative workload and improved accuracy."

### Cons

"Payment turnaround times leave a little to be desired as there are 3 steps from the GC hitting send, to payment being recognized as submitted, then there is a lag time for processing until finally payment is sent to the subcontractors."

"As a subcontractor, the biggest downside is the lack of flexibility. If you make a mistake on a submission, you can’t simply fix it, you have to wait for the GC to reject it or contact support to reset it, which can delay the payment process."

"I also don't like that GCs can assign several reviewers for submitted invoices. If the all the reviewers don't approve the billing in a timely manner, it can hold up payments."
