  • Pros

  • I love that the software sends notifications to our customers. This has been so helpful in keeping our customers updated and confident in our services.
  • Their customer service is great, there is always someone willing to help me when I get in a jam and need help quickly. The software is easy to use and learn.
  • So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
  • Cons

  • Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
  • Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.

  • Pros

  • The scheduling feature is awesome as appointments can be rescheduled on the calendar, as well as in the client record. The customer service is somewhat good, which increases productivity.
  • The support from ServiceWorks has been FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend this product.
  • The customer history is also a helpful tool. Onboarding and ability for the Service Works team integrating forms was a great experience.
  • Cons

  • The constant crashes on the mobile app. The loss of data, the various bugs and glitches, the lag when uploading things, and the lack of fixing bugs after pointing it out to tech support.
  • They are constantly making updates and changes that makes the problems worse and don’t listen to what the problem actually is.
  • I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE WORKS AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY EVEN AFTER THEY COST US HUNDREDS IN PARTS SHIPPING BY NOT SETTING OUR ACCOUNT UP PROPERLY.
