  • Pros

  • I love the email automation. I set up follow up emails to customers after a certain amount of time and the return has been awesome.
  • Interface with Quickbooks is great - when there is any kind of integration problem, I get the notification and it tells me what I need to do to resolve. The support team has been awesome throughout.
  • So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
  • Cons

  • Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
  • Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.

  • Pros

  • My customers said it is easy to use and they like making their own appointments. I highly recommend TT, it's like having another person in the office with me.
  • We upgraded from an older scheduling program and this was well worth the investment. It is saving us costs by its great accuracy and the front office staff love how easy it is to maneuver.
  • The ease of registration and email and text reminders are awesome. Customization of email and text responses are nice.
  • Cons

  • It does not work with human resources, so it is limited to fulfilling its functions as a system for agendas.
  • For some reason after trial it didn't renew. It took around 3 weeks to figure it out and now we lost our discounted rate.
  • It lets the client book and if they do not pay in 90 mins it cancels the booking. I don't like that it cancels out appointments even tho clients paid.
