The software has improved over the years and has powerful reach.

Great service and response to feedback. I also like how you get an advertising sector as part of the software price, other similar software's did not have the feature.

There are construction related items that just don't apply to  me. That does NOT mean they are Bad.

The Customer Care is quite stellar and I feel like Michelle, our Rep, does an excellent job to help us.

Houzz is one of the best augmented reality applications with its features and works. Especially the perfect product placement and the fact that it makes the coatings look real are great details.

We have won many projects from Houzz and love using the app to stay on top of our leads and send templated initial messages quickly.

The Houzz pro software design program is still buggy and missing key items such as stairs and a fireplace. Bugs need to be fixed as I have lost floor plans  and needed to regain trust in the program.

The ease of navigating through the website makes my daily use less complicated. Having someone who dedicated to our accounts helps when I have questions on how to improve our site.

Other than if you have a problem that needs to escalate past your account rep you’ll have to write a bad review before they actually reach out to you.

It is difficult to use in large architectural projects and offline access to the model.

This software helps generating complex 3D printed objects and smaller architectural projects. It helps with with getting the projects done.

The ability to design and produce complex 3D printed objects that fit together perfectly. Also the ability to visualize assemblies and make modifications before they are produced.

The lack of private projects with free accounts is also a bummer, but not a major issue by any means.

Easy to use and easy to understand from the outset. Very easy to create simple models, hitting the ground running.

From the few years, I've been using it, they are also constantly improving the features available and also refining the user interface.

Alongside this core functionality run integrated versioning and access control features. This, together with the simple subscription model make it a fantastic tool for designers.

The cloud integration was solid and robust, albeit only allowing public models and documents on free accounts.

The Onshape product does have a handful of commands which are hard to find even when you search using keywords.

It's got some nice integrations with other softwares, like Simsolid of Altair for instance, and I think that in the future the number of integrations will increase.

The stability of the software has been flawless, with minor hiccups being rapidly fixed by the outstanding customer support team.

Overall, Onshape is great. It helps me efficiently create and design projects in CAD and I have had a very good time using this software.

It is less costlier than CAD and information is generated in safe cloud environment.

We are a non-profit research university, so we use their Education license. The ability to get all the players in an instrument design on the same digital document is invaluable to us.

The limiting factor was my lack of 3D modelling experience. The customer support team is responsive, supportive and generally understanding.

The only other complaint is the multiple selection feature.

Being able to mock up quick designs. Nothing too crazy or complicated.

Browser accessibility, live collaboration, app integration. Being able to share with customers instantly is also a great perk.

Their platform allows multiple people to access the application at one time so design projects can be accomplished more quickly.

3 week feature updates are great the the community support/ customer service is also excellent. Very impressive product.

You don't have to install anything. This Web based CAD designer is super easy to use and runs great in a web browser.

It was easy for me to pick up and learn, and the fact that the software operated on a browser (I use Safari) was amazing.

Great software usable in different interfaces with consistent versions.

Also the downside to it being a cloud CAD product is the lack of offline caching which means models need to constantly be reloaded when experiencing poor connectivity issues.

The software is very tedious making it sometimes frustrating.

Failure to provide credible training. Software is not bought for the technical advances or features.

This is a great advantage for most of the cad designers because they can comfortably work on their idea to make it a reality.

These tools are very common in other industrial CAD softwares and I was very disappointed that Onshape did not provide these services.

I love the combination of direct editing with parametric modeling. The options opened up with direct editing is simply amazing.

Support is responsive, pricing is fine, love the 'pay by the use' subscription format for advanced features seldom used like FEA.
