Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am only just discovering all the tools and benefits of Houzz Pro, and am thrilled at how much simpler it makes my rendering tasks.
- Our overall experience has been great. Customer support is wonderful as is the product and the price for the product.
- Our posted projects were viewed and complimented regularly and we were even given a Best Of Houzz award, twice I believe.
Cons
- Other than if you have a problem that needs to escalate past your account rep you’ll have to write a bad review before they actually reach out to you.
- When matched with a potential client...the online form asks for full name but most often potential clients only enter their first name which makes for awkward or unprofessional first contact.
- The Houzz pro software design program is still buggy and missing key items such as stairs and a fireplace. Bugs need to be fixed as I have lost floor plans and needed to regain trust in the program.
Pros
- But with understanding the product and having wonderful customer support, VPO has been a great addition to my projects.
- My experience with VPO has been great. They always are looking to make things better and make sure we are happy as a customer.
- I have briefly used it as a CM, and I feel like the program we have is very good for what we need it for. The support team is great and they work hard to solve the issue.
Cons
- Haven't found anything I would complain about. I will admit that we did not implement all features of the platform.
- I am just not very computer literate so I get frustrated sometimes with software programs I am unfamiliar with and do not use often enough.
- The risk to start the process and to use it for the first month.
