Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our experience with InSite Elevation Pro has been great. It has allowed us to expand our business to remain competitive in a market that requires innovation to be competitive in.
- The confidence when submitting bids knowing your quantities are accurate is worth it's weight in gold. I highly recommend attending the training seminars.
- I have had a great experience so far. I am still learning all of the features and am grateful for the customer support team.
Cons
- There is nothing that stands out that has me dislike this software.
- Importing CAD files for takeoffs can sometimes be slow. Entering boring logs is not the easiest function.
- Fill material is a little difficult to decipher. If we are allowed to add a percentage for expansion and compaction on the other line items for the report.
Pros
- The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.
- Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.
- I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.
Cons
- If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
- I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike about this software.
