Jobber is the BEST
I first started using jobber almost 5 years ago when I decided to test out the free trial. Since that day, I have continued using the software and have grown my business over 400%. I think one of my favourite parts about jobber is the level of exceptional customer service; not only online but also in person. Additionally, my work flow for my business has improved a vast amount over the years. Invoicing: What used to take me hours, is now a simple 30 minute task. Quoting: What used to be done on a scrap piece of paper, is now done on my iPhone. Scheduling: What used to be done on excel, is now organized through the online calendar which can be accessed anywhere, anytime. Overall, I would recommend jobber to anyone running a service based business, and would be happy to answer any further questions.
PROS-The jobber platform is very easy to use and can be learned quickly. -Batch invoice creation is extremely helpful. -Jobber makes quoting, booking and scheduling jobs a breeze! -Having a client hub is a real crowd pleaser.
CONSJobber is overall a 5/5 software system that has been the best thing for helping my business grow. Over the almost 5 years of using Jobber, the only thing I would like to remind people is that once you delete something, there is no way to get it back. I accidentally deleted an invoice once, and it was gone for good. This was my mistake, so as long as you're more cautious than I was that day, you'll be good.

"Jobber: An Impressive Tool for Businesses to Streamline their Operations"
Jobber has been an excellent experience for me. It has allowed me to work remotely and efficiently from anywhere with an internet connection. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team has also been accommodating in answering my questions and providing assistance. Overall, Jobber has been an excellent experience for me, and I highly recommend it.
PROSI liked the fact that Jobber's software is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It makes it easy for its users to manage appointments, invoices, and client information. Furthermore, it has many features, such as automated follow-ups, task scheduling, and custom reminders, making it an excellent solution for businesses of all sizes. It also provides integrated mapping and mileage tracking capabilities, which help companies to save time and money.
CONSRegarding Jobber software, the biggest issue I had was the lack of customization options. It wasn't easy to tailor the software specifically to my needs, as there were few options to choose from. Additionally, I found the user interface to be outdated and clunky, and the performance of the software was relatively slow. Finally, I could not take advantage of certain features because the software was incompatible with my operating system.

Rip off for the price
Customer service was great when i had the Core subscription, as soon as i downgraded, it was like i was not worthy of their time. Poor customer service overall and very expensive product.
PROSthe ONLY pro about this is during the free trial when you get all access to everything. other than that...read my cons section.
CONSIf you could batch export invoices that would be amazing but you take all these basic features away as soon as the user goes to LITE addition without even stating you lose almost all features of this software. even paying your ridiculous price for the LITE version is not worth it! Have to be a big multi million dollar corporation to afford this software. Using the Core service was great at discounted price but when it shoots to $75 CAD a month for what is still basic service, its a rip off. Lowering my service to save costs to LITE addition gives you absolutely no features of this software.
Reasons for switching to Jobber
Made the switch to try something new and to take advantage of the promotion. But regretted it as soon as i received my first invoice from jobber with no discount applied.

Jobber has been a great tool for managing our service business.i am using it for nearly one years, and have found it to be an invaluable resource for keeping our business organized, efficient and profitable.
PROSThe most impactful features of Jobber include its real-time job scheduling and tracking capabilities, invoicing and billing support, client management and CRM tools, payment processing and automatic payment reminders, mobile support, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.Jobber offers strong customer support and its user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
CONS There are some features in Jobber that could be improved. For example, the ability to track time stamps or collect more detailed notes, to be able to schedule reoccurring jobs, and to send automatic reminders to clients. I think Jobber could be improved by integrating additional communication methods beyond email, such as text or chat.

Jobber provides everything you need for a cohesive work team
Prior to adopting Jobber, keeping track of leads and corresponding with clients in one location was our biggest issue. Now that customers are requesting work through our website, we can speak with them utilising the built-in messaging capability.
PROSThey have a great culture and are terrific at giving back. It's simple to use if you run a really tiny business (between 1 and 5 employees). Their support team is helpful and quick to answer. All the applications we utilise to manage our firm are centralised in Jobber. Gathering leads, creating jobs, sending bills, and collecting money are all made simple with Jobber.
CONSFor companies who have several jobs to do in a single day, I wish there was a route optimization feature. The web forms should also be more configurable, in my opinion.

The user-friendly UI of Jobber is one of my favourite features.
All things considered, I heartily endorse Jobber for small and medium-sized service firms. It's an excellent tool for handling different business operations because of its user-friendly layout, scheduling options, and invoicing functions. Also, because it is cloud-based, it is simple to use from anywhere, which is helpful for companies that use remote workers in particular.
PROSThe scheduling features of Jobber are fantastic. The software enables users to design and manage staff schedules, which is very helpful for companies that must send employees to numerous places. The map component in the scheduling tool aids users in determining the most effective routes for their employees.
CONSCost: For tiny organisations in particular, jobber can be quite pricey. According to the number of users, there are several pricing tiers, with greater costs for more users.Even while Jobber is simple to use and has many helpful features, some users might feel that there aren't many personalization choices. For instance, there can be restrictions on the information that can be shown or the format of invoices.

Good app for managing your tasks
This app is helpful for managing all your projects and tasks in a very simple way. I can schedule my tasks easily and quickly.
CONSI prefer the computer version than the mobile app, it has more features.

Jobber review
Jobber is a software that can be used anywhere in the world, which is not the case for other software. It has a customer service always available which helps us at all times when we have problems. We can't complain about its interface which is easy to use in many tasks
CONSJobber has a clumsy interface at times and its price and functionality should be improved. It is not bad overall

Here is my evaluation of Jobber as an artificial intelligence language model after studying .
For service companies seeking to streamline their operations, it is the best option due to its user-friendly UI, scheduling and billing features, mobile app, and top-notch customer support.
PROSThe programme has a great invoicing function that enables users to make and deliver invoices to customers, monitor payments, and handle their accounts outstanding.
CONSUsers have access to assistance when they need it thanks to Jobber's excellent customer care. The software's knowledge base is comprehensive and offers users a variety of tools and lessons to help them make the most of the programme.

Jobber is good for a beginner
We have been using Jobber for 5 years. Now that our business is growing we need something more.
PROSJobber is always adding to program to make it better. Good for a beginning business. Easy to use. Have been very happy.
CONSJobber doesn't work with quickbooks desktop. We have to put information in twice. Once in jobber & then in Quickbooks. More work for the administrator.
Reason for choosing Jobber
They seem to listen to what the customer wants to make it better.

Just do it!
This is not just an app. I literally use Jobber for every aspect of my business. They’re always adding new and helpful features that will take your business to the next level of efficiency. I’ve never been this enthusiastic about giving a 5 star review— they really deserve it. They also care about community. I highly highly recommenced you choose this app/site if you’re looking for a platform to manage your service/booking based business. It will give you everything you’re looking for.
CONSTo be completely honest, theres nothing I can pinpoint that I don't like. There was a request I had a while back regarding adding a new feature, and magically, they added it within months (To be able to manually input credit card payments for invoices). They seriously consider their customers requests. I have so much faith in them because they're always improving.

It's a Love/Hate relationship with Jobber
When I first started using Jobber over 5 years ago I was a raving fan. I told everyone I met that needed a CRM to use Jobber. Now it's mostly just disappointment. Jobber could take over the entire service industry if they had new leadership. If you are buying a CRM and never used one before, Jobber will seem like a gift from God. If you compare it to other CRM's, it's behind others in features.
PROSVery clean and easy to use. The mobile app is top notch. Customer service is very friendly and helpful if you have a problem. Calendar is easy to use. It has quickbooks integration which is nice. Payment processing is easy and convenient for customers. Client portal is excellent.
CONSThis company likes to do things 90% of the way and the last 10% are always the features you need. I begged them for years to add zapier integration. They finally do (90%) but then they only offer a few triggers. The ones they don't offer are the ones you need (10%). Lead/sales funnel is non-existent. You'll have to use another software to track leads in a funnel. Time tracking for jobs (90%) doesn't add up total hours per employee (10%). I have to manually add up each employee's hours. This software has zero job costing reports. That completely blows my mind. Every single competitor has job costing. It is the most important thing to track in a service business. Here is the crazy thing, they had this feature in beta and then came out and said we aren't going to continue with it. They have forms and checklist for employees, but no way to report them back with ease. No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition. They won't tell you anything that's on the books. No way to vote on features, know if any will ever become reality. The default response is. We'll let our development team know. Very limited mindset.

Software with the WOW factor
It was like a breath of fresh air. IT WORKS! Its simple. Its intuitive. The knowledge base is also excellent. We installed this is the month of April, coming off a disaster with another company. Our Garden center business was off the charts busy, and to undertake a project like install a new program was 'unthinkable' crazy, and yet we could NOT continue with the software we were trying to use, it was a disaster. And so we did it. We ordered the trial. I wasn't about to change with out a try out. I was burnt badly with the program we were trying to use....I ran the trial . Within hours I knew that this was the program we had wanted & hoped for. In a matter of 4 or 5 days, I knew there was no reason to go the whole 14 days of the trial. We signed up and never looked back . It has been AWESOME. The customer service is outstanding, The mobile program is AWESOME, my men were up and running within MINITUES of turning them on. It is so well designed they we all up and running in no time at all...NO problems, NO issues...so refreshing after what we had been through. From A to Z this program has been great.
PROSHow amazingly easy was to implement. This was so refreshing, so easy. and it works SO well. I can not say it enough. It does what it says it does. It does it well. It simply to use. It is complete. I don't think there is anything they haven't thought of . We have used and trialed many other packages. This one blows the others out of the water.....
CONSI know there must be something, only I haven't found any thing to be unhappy with. I like everything so far. NO CONS at this time, 6 months in.

because it was head and shoulders above the others. Each had good points. But Jobber simply did it the best. Was the cleanest. Was the easiest. Was the most complete..
Reasons for switching to Jobber
Because Single ops took our money..and that is the only thing they did well...NOTHING worked right. From day one The knowledge base, what little there is of it, doesn't make sense, the program sucked and there was no help, ( the trainers didn't even know anything) lousy training, and it was truly the worst experience I have had with software and with a vendor in 51 years of business. If we had run a trial (which they don't offer-because they know if you did a trial you would NEVER buy it) we would have been done. They had a good, smooth talking salesmen. And broke all my own rules and bought it. Hook, line and sinker.

Jobber - a must have company working in the field
Jobber is at the heart of the business. Everyone know where to look for information; administration, scheduling, field service, accounts and customers. We have used it for 7 years and would recommend it without fail for any business running field operations.
PROSJob recording is so easy - doing this properly means that the rest of the workflow becomes a breeze. The calendar makes it simple to review and update the workload dynamically. Quotes and Invoicing are no longer a chore! During invoicing, standard charges can be applied via dropdowns to speed up entry. Manual entry is just as easy. And the relevant charges are automatically applied. I then just press the button and it is emailed to my customer! The Client Hub lets the customer look at activity online and saves us time answering customer queries. It also makes us look good - an efficient company, well organised and customer focussed.
CONSWhenever I have been faced with having a feature in the software, either I email the support team or someone has beaten me to it and the feature comes out in one of the releases of software. So, I have no 'cons' for the software. It works perfectly for the way I work rather than me having to adapt my business to work with it!
