I hate all the double and triple entries that have to be made. There are about 100 steps to put in an appointment with a new customer.

TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android). It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers.

I was an adjuster for 20 years and had a good computer system. Our company needed this to help organize and use the great tools.

The best thing about JobNimbus is the staff behind it. The customer service is outstanding.

Overall I love the product and I am glad it is linked with other products to make running a business so seamless.

Nimbus has since refused to give us the detailed user activity reports that are stored on their server. So if an ex employee steals your data, you are screwed.

I like the ease of use on the smartphone and simple to navigate.

Also having the client information readily accessible is great. Love the note section so everyone knows what is going on with a client or a job.

I like the simplicity, everything is laid out very simply and easily. It is easy to customize boards and easy to sync calendars.

JobNimbus is an awesome way to make sure that we are getting everything we need from each job. Customer Service has always been very helpful if we have had any issues.

The benefits are great because it helps me keep track of my clients and my money.

I like how everything is so easy to use, how I can upload everything into the software and it is all right there, anything I need to do with it I can do it all from Nimbus.

I really like the way I can customize my menus and functions. I love how I can create automatons, reminder emails, templates...its really amazing.

The software is user friendly, keeps every team member organized, and is the perfect electronic file cabinet for all our homeowners/jobs.

We love the integration with Beacon, that has been a huge help.

Easy to use, cost effective,  integrates with other apps we use for our Roofing company.

Like the customer service and their transparency.

Time will tell if it's worth the investment of time and money.

Really enjoyed using this program. It was extremely simple and easy to use.

Once it messed up my time and I missed multiple appointments.

The support in customizing it to fulfill our needs was great. I like almost everything about it.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
