I would give this product a 10 once you have it learned, but it is a little complex for the average small company bookkeeper to get to the point where you feel competent.
It does everything a small-to-medium sized company needs. The reports are easy to understand, and it functions well for job costing, purchase orders, invoices, payroll, and anything else you need to make sure your company is staying on track financially.
The quality of this product is very good. All that we do is done online and we have had very few technical issues, all which were easily dealt with.
The customer support responds quickly and is very helpful with the simple as well as complex tasks. I do wish there was more online support; that being said, I would probably have to call in anyway.
The best thing for me is the support. We are a new company; everyone in our office is "in training," and the support is always friendly and knowledgeable. Once it is learned, the program is easy to use and makes job reports easily. All of our documents are saved on the cloud, which makes paper management a breeze. The project manager likes it because it is simple to do a job cost and cost to complete report for his weekly meeting. Our accountant is impressed with its detailed GL.
If you are a layman bookkeeper, the learning curve is gigantic. That being said, all the support you need is just a phone call away.
JOBPOWER is a product our company will continue to use as our basis for all accounting and payroll. Once it is learned, it exceeds expectations. We are very impressed with this product.
I have been using JobPower for over 10 years. The customer support staff is exceptionally knowledgeable of their product and very helpful. The program was fairly easy to install, with little, if any, help needed by the technical department. The ease of the program made the transition from One Write Plus simple. The ability to tweak the reports is an added feature that we like as electrical contractors. The willingness of their team listen to and implement "suggestions" in the upgrades is an added bonus.
I would recommended this program to others, and I have!
