JOBPROGRESS is a cloud-based construction management solution for residential remodeling contractors. The solution works with small businesses and can be customized as per the needs of an organization. It offers estimating, project management, photo management, document control, contract management and customer management. The solution provides mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. The mobile app users can create instant proposals and contracts and have remote business control.

JOBPROGRESS provides automated estimates and proposals for tracking features and customizable workflow stages or steps. The job scheduling management function and GPS functionality help users navigate to and from jobs and dashboard work centers help manage workflow. Users can add or track multiple jobs per customer. Other features include staff or production calendars, digital signatures, remote pay, insurance estimating and sales automation.

Integrations include QuickBooks, Eagleview, Google, WordPress, Social media profiles and Zendesk. Pricing is per month per user with a one-time setup fee.

    Pros

    Makes staying organized and knowledgeable about whats going on with your business much easier. The scheduling and calendar are very nice and easy to modify jobs as needed.

    Does seem to have some bugs here and there, but updates seem to get issued in a reasonable amount of time.

    Still scratching the surface of what JobProgress is capable of doing, so I know I have not seen the best of what it can do. But I love what I have seen so far.... and so have my co-workers.

    The organization that this system provides me is honestly really helpful. I feel like I can navigate the system easily.

    Simple like an iphone. I have research many other crm for production. Most are very confusing and have too many features. Jobprogress was simple and easy to use for the whole team.

    Cons

    Glitchy, slow at times, Jobprogress is still growing and improving. There marketing/sales isn't up to speed with saleforce for charts and analytics.

    Keeps everything together in one place, easy for others on the team to view. The multiple points of access are a great idea.

    Cons

    It doesn't work with the new Ipad pro, when I go to use it with the keyboard it won't say upright, the screen turns sideways, the Ipad App version does not show some of the documents, this can be frustrating, and sometimes it will not allow customer to docusign on the Ipad, I have to email to myself and have customers sign then. The program will not allow editing when signed into the program from the web.

    Keeps everything together in one place, and is geared toward my business model. I like the functionality of the app.

    Cons

    Here are the suggestions I have to be able to consider this as a long term solution.

    There are a ton of features and need to have short explainer training videos for each feature and then you can add new as new features are rolled out.

    I need to be able to connect it with Zapier so that I can push and pull customer data to other apps.

    I need to the signature portion to be compliant giving date, time and location of signature.

    Everything for my jobs is all in one place which makes all of my jobs very organized. I can view all of my jobs, pictures, notes, and calendar all in one place.

    Cons

    The software is glitchy and getting to the insurance information quickly is a nightmare. The app is not friendly with the IPhone X in general and moving from screen to screen or viewing g diffeeent pictures often doesn't work as easily as it does on my iPad

    Organization of customer information and job details for residential construction projects

    Pros

    Job progress has unlimited potential. It goes more in depth than other programs of the same nature. The reps have worked with us to resolve kinks, which is much appreciated. The web pages have an attractive appearance and, theres a good flow to the features.

    Cons

    Theres a learning curve to using JP. There are quite a few ins and outs that you have to be aware of in order to not get frustrated with the program.

    answering job related questions while out of the office.

    Pros

    the ease of downloading pdf's. the quick search for customer jobs and being able to access job photos at the office or mobile on the job progress app.

    Cons

    it does not find my email address's with just a letter or two. I typically have to enter the whole address before it shows one to choose from.

    When uploading a picture, sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes for one single picture to upload into the database

    It is a great cloud based service for record keeping. My sales guys love the fact that they have access to all of their work and don't have to carry around a ton of paper.

    There are some improvement that can be made as far as moving things around with ease, adjusting user permissions, integration with google and company cam and response time.

    I like that all information about the job is stored in once place, versus our old system. The email history is also nice as we can see all messages sent and received with each customer so we are always in the loop.

    It doesn't automatically update once you have checked the email, it still shows you have an email unless you refresh.

    JobProgress is very easy to work with, very user friendly and has many different reports that make my job easier. We just moved to Job Progress and so far, we are very excited to see that we can manage our clients more efficiently.

    Ease of use, time saver

    Pros

    Colorful, Ease of emailing from the record, Google maps address auto populate, job workflow makes it easy to recognize where we are with a job, easy to upload files.

    Cons

    Calendar does not refresh automatically, Screens do not communicate with each other, Messaging has changed and if you are not in thread you cannot comment, looks like there are no messages there by just quickly looking at it (recently changed). Would like an option for available appointment only screen (able to customize), Previous customer search pulling from our old program (Service Ceo) does not work all the time. Would like to be able to change job description from the appointment screen.

    I like the ease of use the most, especially on the desktop because it's quick to navigate. I also like being able to upload pics straight from the mobile app.

    Cons

    Not as customizable as I'd like. Integrated crm/email functionality would be great. Also, wish I could save my log-in on the mobile app.

    I like that we can maintain all of the files in one place and if one customer has multiple jobs, we can separate everything in individual jobs. Also we can scan and file everything in the system with no problem

    Cons

    If the program is running for a while, it affects the program and starts to slow down. It is not easy having to work with the program all day and then not be able to run as good as it does in the beginning of the day.

    The program has really helped us organize our projects better and keep everyone on the same page. It's very user friendly and reliable.

    Pros

    The functionality is great and we are able to collaborate within the office or out in the field seamlessly. It helps with organization and scheduling and keeping everyone on the same page as well as accountable for their "task" and responsibilities.

    Cons

    Sometimes the mobile app acts a little wonky...but nothing that stops work.
    No major complaints here.

    Jobprogress allows me to run my company, it's that simple. With 4 divisions and 12 full-time employees, I don't have time to fuss over the software that coordinates all that. Easy to set up and even easier to use.

    Pros

    The compatibility and ease of customization. Once you set up all the features you feel like the software was made specifically for you.

    Cons

    Lacking a few features I anticipate seeing within the next year. I hesitate to even complain about this because each time I need a new feature they seem to listen and add it.
