Pros/Cons
Pros
- Ease of use, paperless documentation, willingness to improve with customer's needs, friendly and fun people.
- Most of it I haven't begun to use yet but slowly I am learning more of it. The Premier help team is critically important in helping me learn the skills I want and need when I want them.
- They have great customer service, who are very responsive and concerned about our Jonas experience. They are willing to improve the software and provide excellent support.
Cons
- Very limited mobile app, no scheduling component, and no plan real plan management capability.
- We had a very difficult startup and implementation period.
- Budgeting has been our biggest weakness. This is getting us back on track and exposing areas where we need to do a better job.
Pros
- I like that you can produce great estimates with SAGE 300 which can help if you need to come up with projections and profits for your projects.
- If you are looking for a seamless transitions of your bidding/estimating to project management/collaboration/documentation and to the financials then this a pretty good solutions.
- You will not find a better product out there for reliability or ease of use, and it is so easy to tailor it to your business needs.
Cons
- Horrible software right now and also doesnt integrate with anyone. I think everybody has abandoned integrating with it as there are too many problems with it.
- Hard to navigate, customer support is horrible or maybe nonexistent.
- It also has a few technical difficulties and the customer service for this product is very inefficient.
