Pros
- My favorite is the Project Control screen. From there, our project managers can drill down and get all the information they need in one quick and easy place.
- Jonas is a very powerful program. It is able to perform all accounting functions you would want it to and is very customization to your needs.
Cons
- Inability to access some fields for custom reports. Some built in reports are poorly implemented.
- As a person that deals with outside customers, it's ridiculous not to be able to see what is in my pickable warehouse at the first glance. The cost of an item isn't connected to the PO.
Pros
- Our owners love the effective communication that the daily report offers. I personally love how easy it is for our team to use.
- The pros of this software are the synchronicity and ease of implementation with other software. Several of our other vital programs are able to link to Raken and so that is our favorite part about it.
Cons
- There has not been any issues or problems with the software that has stood out to me. Only thing I've had trouble with in the past has been pictures uploading sideways.
- The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.
