Pros/Cons
Pros
- We enter all our AR and AP transactions into Knowify and it syncs beautifully with QB. Absolutely love the built in AIA billing format and the ability to email out of the application.
- It's a comprehensive software solution for all facets of my business. The customer support team is great whenever I need help.
- The customer service is absolutely superb. Quick response; helpful, clear answers to questions; quick turnaround for customization.
Cons
- By far the worst thing about Knowify is the reporting. Though there are numerous reports built in, they are not easily manipulated, and they filter data depending on how it is put into the software.
- Some times the address look up system does not work. The phone log in app tends to lag or not work at times.
- Customers complain about the invoicing, it's confusing.
Pros
- We had an awesome chat and he supported me time and time again. We did face difficulties in some parts of the implementation, but rep did an awesome job of feidling my questions and providing answers.
- Dispatching, Purchase order, Estimating and billing portion of the software top notch flow great to together awesome.
- Clients are thrilled that during a meeting I can pull up Simpro and provide answers to all their questions. I recommend SimPro to anyone who is looking for a user friendly CRM that works.
Cons
- Simpro lied and misled me at the very start to get my business now wont refund me what i have paid now i have cancelled. Now in the hands of my solicitor.
- And slightly blurred pricing on number of licenses will be charged at what point.
- The forms are utterly inflexible and customer support is absolutely terrible.
