It completely simplified my business and brought together all my processes all in one place!
Great product, excellent customer support. Reached out a few times to them and they were extremely responsive, and willing to listen to me and what my business needs. Already implemented some of our suggestions which is rare from software companies to actually listen. If you need something to streamline your entire operation in other words an operating system for your operation, this is the software! streamlined my entire operation to the point where I saved money on the backend. Every dollar saved on operation is a dollar in my pocket, and because of that our margins have improved!
It is very easy to use, the interface is simple and really made it easy to get the team to buy into the software (a problem we had previously). I dont have to grab data from multiple platforms anymore and consolidate them, it is all ready for me to use in my dashboards. It has really helped me become more proactive with my business rather than reactive. Our teams capacity has also increase with the software being in place, where my project managers could only handle 6 projects at a time now can handle well over 10 projects, and my sales team has been able to pump out more quotes in significantly less time, giving them time to be more on the field.
The biggest draw back is that they do not have any integrations with Quickbooks or other accounting softwares. Also would be nice if the calendar and e-mail function was directly integrated with the software.
