Although our confidentiality agreement prevents us from discussing contract details, we partnered with your company as best we could. We went above and beyond to provide you with reasonable solutions to rectify your concerns. In addition to our support team working tirelessly to provide guidance with your concern on pricing matters, we offered personalized training to increase your knowledge and confidence in our product which you did not take advantage of. We respect that even though the best of efforts was given, not all partnerships work out therefore both parties amicably agreed to end our partnership on June 6, 2022 per your request.
