The terminology for everything is out of date and really confusing.

We have not had really any cons to this program, some times we have connection or offline situations. But you would probably have these with any program.

The feature that has attracted our company to mJobTime was the integration of time recording and cost coding into our Sage 100 accounting system.

How easy it is to use, My employees were able to get the hang of how to use the product super quick.

Software is easy to navigate, make changes, adjustments when necessary.

Overall we have been happy with MJobTime. Customer service is usually fast and helpful in most cases.

MJobtime is amazing compared to our previous ADP timekeeping system.

I love the fact that we have access to real time, GPS enabled clock in & out data, with employee pictures.

The Desktop version for the admins to use in the office is also very easy to use. The Support Team is easy to deal with when ever we have issue as well.

It's easy to use once you learned how, and very accurate.

They service is outstanding, their response time is superlative.

They've also had a really hard time getting everything connected onto our server and with our accounting program.

Remote syncing capabilities have given us a problem in the past.

I've always found mJobTime very responsive to my feedback. Not everything I want necessarily gets implemented; although a number of options have been incorporated.

The  accessibility and time entering is also very user friendly for the Foremen, Project Team and the back office administration.

I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least.

As a new user to the software I have been using the chat feature for help quite a bit and all the agents are amazing CP1 was super helpful today.

TSheets was wonderful and the customer service was the top of the line.

Me personally I would recommend it to  my friends and own circle of relatives to try this great platform. Employees can clock in themselves and simply watch for approvals is only a win for us.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

This is very user friendly and easy to use on a cell phone. I like that it can track where you clock in and out.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

I was really excited about all of the features this product had to offer.

Having an app that each employee could download following a link and then clock in and out in a super straightforward manner was fantastic.

Customer service is wonderful, precise help line, they meet our desires in the office.

The customer service is the best. The reps were really helpful and I appreciate the time and detail spent helping us out.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

Ease of use , and when I do have a question I have received outstanding customer support.

Thank goodness they haven't had to use this feature yet, but knowing it is there is comforting.

Easy to set up, easy to use, and has increased our billing thanks to accuracy in understand labor costs for our projects.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

Overall, t-sheets has been great. When we separated from the original account to our own smaller account, the staff was super helpful.

I love the Quickbooks time. Very easy to use and even has a tracking feature.
