- I liked how easy it is to access records with this software. In the environmental services industry, you need to have records up to 5 years back so its a good space to put everything for the clients.
- I gained a new appreciation for Newforma after spending a week trying to track submittals and RFIs without it. I like the meticulousness that it enforces.
Cons
- The Cons for this is probably it's pricing structure. It also could give itself a new interface update, sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate through everything.
- It takes two screens to see the full width of the interface. Maybe it will sort itself out with continued use, but my first experience with this software was horrible.
Pros
- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
