Great Option

PROS

I love the pricing list and how it works. It lets you customize a lot of ways to build your own lines of pricing.

CONS

How estimate vs. proposal vs. agreement works and which one is sent, viewed or signed is a little confusing. Probably do not understand why, but it is just a little confusing to train on sometimes.

Reason for choosing One Click Contractor

They meet most of our important needs for quoting and building pricing. Their integration with one of our manufacturers is super helpful too.

Growth Potential

PROS

I like the scalability of the software and the fact that we can add many different products to it and that we can easily and quickly build complex quotes for customers that look professional and are more detailed than our competitors. We have been able to grow our business considerably with this product and we intend on using it for a long time.

CONS

There are a few things that I wish I had control to edit but are limited to the support team to edit. There are also a few things that I wish they would update sooner rather than putting them on a list that could take a couple years to get to.

Reason for choosing One Click Contractor

The amount of Coding that was required on our part by LEAP was way too much for us to handle due to the fact that we do not have an in-house IT department.

Reasons for switching to One Click Contractor

It was limited in it's functionality and integration into our new CRM. It also was not going to be scalable for the long term.

Updating Customers

PROS

We can add, subtract and also compare proposal for customers to see. They see what each item is and the charge for it. It help to explain to them exactly what they are paying for.

CONS

Sometimes duplicates customers with weird dates.

best customer service

This is my favorite vendor !! I delete employees all the time and this is the easiest step out of the 50 steps i have to do.

PROS

I simply email them with add ons, deletions, and questions. They are super quick to do anything i ask and they are fun and courteous

CONS

there are no cons at this time. I like everything about them.

Great product for our sales team!

PROS

This product takes all the guesswork out of pricing in the field for our Sales Team, and allows me to change pricing without having to notify everyone. It's already at their fingertips.

CONS

I haven't found anything about it I don't like yet!

We like the design and the look of the software plus all the built-in functions One Click offered.
