It lets you customize a lot of ways to build your own lines of pricing. Cons: How estimate vs. proposal vs. agreement works and which one is sent, viewed or signed is a little confusing. Probably do not understand why, but it is just a little confusing to train on sometimes. We have been able to grow our business considerably with this product and we intend on using it for a long time. Cons: There are a few things that I wish I had control to edit but are limited to the support team to edit. There are also a few things that I wish they would update sooner rather than putting them on a list that could take a couple years to get to. Reasons for choosing One Click Contractor The amount of Coding that was required on our part by LEAP was way too much for us to handle due to the fact that we do not have an in-house IT department. It enables our users to conduct business in people’s homes from start to finish. It also enables us to do many of these tasks remotely. This ultimately eliminates some unnecessary visits to homeowners cutting down on wasted time and driving. Since then, those issues have been resolved and it works with the consistency of all of our other software systems.
