The site is easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Generating documents is quick and never problematic to. The site is fairly intuitive to use and is set up to do everything I need it to do. Cons: I use it to primarily to generate and sign leases. It is supposed to sync with ResMan to send leases directly into residents profiles but it only does about one third of the time. Cons: I understand the functionality that location access provides for facilitating productivity, but off of work hours, I find myself disabling location permissions which is tedious after every day. I was able to keep information offline, and then easily upload it without much trouble once I had connection. All my checklists were also on-boarded quickly, which was nice. Cons: I had some issues initially with mobile; the first few times I tried to open the app, it kept crashing.
