Pros/Cons
Pros
- Owner Insite was used throughout the project and was a great success. It is easy to use and the staff is always available to help.
- Finally the team at Owner InSite respects the industry is changing and continues to evolve with it and its clients. Customer support has been enthusiastic and responsive.
- There are so many great things about Owner InSite, but the best is that it is ready to go - as is. You don't have to spend months or years customizing it to do the very basic things.
Cons
- If key stakeholders aren’t communicating and continue to rely on their own proprietary software where the information is locked away, the team is not on the same page and problems arise.
- At times Owner InSite can be difficult to use with lack of consistency in how certain items are used by Contractors.
- After passing on Owner InSite the first time and selecting another product, we came back around again to Owner InSite and regretted choosing another product first.
Pros
- What i like the most is Quickbooks has an easy to use, user interface. Great for beginners." Quickbooks offers an all-in-one Accounting, Invoicing, and Payment solution at an affordable price.
- Very easy to use, simple, excellent documentation and technical support. Has a great invoicing capabilities.
- Inventory wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM (Method) that does not cost a fortune.
Cons
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
- If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.
- I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike about this software.
