Ii used payapps in my work it is quickly accessible software. instructions are very easily understandable. it is used to track the progress. payment is very secure.
CONSsome times account is blocked. couldn't fetch the details some time of traffic. I experienced server down problem also

Payapps Review
Great experience overall - as it really does save time overall, as i believe the wasting time in manual handling of emails/documents via the traditional methods of claiming has made it more of a breeze for the project teams and subbies alike to submit their progress claims.
PROSCloud based, instant shared portal of communication between sub and head contractors in relation to progress claim submissions, compliance documentation can be custom controlled, automatic payment schedules and notifications and direct integration with Jobpac (ERP)
CONSCertain edits of settings don't save as it needs to be pre-populated in a way that Payapps needs - but once this has been amended - even when amended - it doesn't allow you to make the changes on the fly - you have to exit out all together and restart e.g. the approval workflow settings screen. Having to explain to subbies and the project team that there is a cost chargeable to subcontractors - that is always an awkward conversation to have.

Paperwork made easy
Payapps have made managing the paperwork easy, customer service is also awesome.
CONSSubcontractors are not happy with the costs associated with the use of they usually get confused with the retention part of their claims. Retention release notification triggers need some more work.

Progress Claim Assessment Made Easy
Saves time, and helps control the claim process each month from one point of collection and avoids multiple claims coming in from different sources such as email, aconex, mail.
PROSThe fact that progress claim breakups can be easily uploaded via an excel spreadsheet and converted to the payapps system. And its very convenient to be able to upload supplementary information when assessing claims such as photos, drawings and other documents
CONSThe schedule of rates function does not work well because payapps.com make you put in a total contract value that the schedule rates will amount to. This is really a forecast, you should be able to not have to put in a contract sum on a schedule of rates contract. The software does not sync with Coins. It only syncs with Jobpac Connect and Cheops.

Efficient Platform
Currently, our Deed of Releases are not mapping the Principal correctly for each project. They print out with one specific Principal which we would like to have corrected in due course. Overall have high satisfaction on meeting the requirements for an efficient approval management system.
PROSThe integration of Payapps with Jobpac was a no brainer. The software has been beneficial in many aspects such as reducing time spent in the processing and approval workflow. It has turned our paper approvals into a paperless system which incorporates tracking to be able to see where claims are at at any point in time.
CONSWould like to see an internal communication system so that approvers and project teams can communication with each other specific to any particular item.
