Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use of the program, affordable price, and excellent support staff.

  • Procontractor is user friendly and the online chat support is quick and usually dependable help.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes our programs glitch, however this could also be a problem with our computers. But it is a rare occasion to say the least.

  • It took longer than expected to set up but not entirely due to software I ran out of time to spend with the trainers.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, accessible to everyone on every device, provides a great way to pull plan versus using sticky notes

  • Multiple user can be viewing and moving tickets at the same time. I like how visual the plan is once the plan is developed in the software and it is very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Maybe it's not a software issue, but the interface has a lot going on at one time. It took me a while to really get the hang of it (and i'm still learning).

  • I would to be able to use without an interconnection. Tasks cannot be defined down to the hour, that would be really helpful. We use D for day and N for night but it is not specific enough.
