Having direct access to the GCs that are bidding, as well as other subs/suppliers, is fantastic too. #### Cons I wish there were a better way of reviewing the opps by selecting/deselecting for mass deletion or saving to favourites. Was excited at first, however have not been able to secure any jobs through this platform. Theres no feed back at all GC to build from. Or even know who was awarded the project. It could very well be user error, so my rating is based on my experience. Im a small shop that does bidding and still have my bags on as well. The time providing bids on here end up being wasted. My advice for anyone starting out would be to reach out to local contractors instead and try to develop a network that way. I’ve managed to stay busy that way. I paid for the year plan so will continue to give it shot. I would say just the technical issues that occur(this is expected for all platforms in my opinion) would be my least thing I like. There is plenty of general contractors on the planhub subscription, so the network to expand is easy.
