While there is room for improvement in filtering and bid quality, it serves as a solid platform for staying informed and connected with general contractors and project opportunities. - Planhub has helped my company secure multiple projects and allowed us the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple GCs and sets of plans that we wouldn't have had otherwise. - As well as easy filtering of job types that we specialize in. Was excited at first, however have not been able to secure any jobs through this platform. Theres no feed back at all GC to build from. Or even know who was awarded the project. It could very well be user error, so my rating is based on my experience. Im a small shop that does bidding and still have my bags on as well. The time providing bids on here end up being wasted. My advice for anyone starting out would be to reach out to local contractors instead and try to develop a network that way. I’ve managed to stay busy that way. I paid for the year plan so will continue to give it shot. I can find jobs to bid. i do not use any other part of the platform as it is not useful to our bidding process. #### Cons A lot of the GC's I try to message bounce back, or the GC's messages me saying they are not bidding. I think Planhub employees add random GC's that they think might bid a job. There is no other explanation as to why a GC would reply to me stating they are not bidding. They allow estimating companies to have access to planhub so they can use the platform to spam everyone....EVERY DAY. She's very easy to use and understand. You're able to start by the tray that you're involved in. Where do you want to do residential commercial government. And make it easy to do take off and please bitch. All their blueprints they are on the site. And them two were also easy to read and understand. That is made placing bids on jobs a lot more easier than what it used to be. #### Cons The only con I have with playing hug. And it's really not that big of a deal. Is the pricing.
