I like all the extra features the added features the payment features and being able to pay it online that’s awesome. The only thing at lax is the back button once you do an invoice it’s very very difficult to go back ever. #### Cons It’s difficulty learning the program. And the back button, the back button sucks. You can’t easily just get out of an invoice and go back to what you were doing #### Reasons for choosing Plumbing Invoicing & Management I chose this one because it’s catered to Plumbing. I chose this one because it has all the plumbing parts. It does the invoices it does the job calls. It does everything if you want to like all the features I like the features about it. #### Reasons for switching to Plumbing Invoicing & Management Because QuickBooks is the most difficult company in the world to deal with I absolutely hate them. I hate calling them. I hate ever having to deal with them. Their customer service sucks. They don’t have managers that don’t anything about anything. You can only get feedback now. nobody answers your complaint. Nobody fixes your problems and they stole money from us three times.
