No real learning curve, had a cost estimate up and running in no time.

I like the ease of use and the ability to establish links to other documentation. Most requested changes were easily incorporated.

The various modules and In Site provide detailed information of the project status. Having this information readily available for all our employees to view in the office or the field is a big asset.

Aside from the ease of using this program I have to say our customer support has been amazing.

Are biggest problem was structure within our project management team and this software has provided that and accountability as such.

Linking documents together, integrating the work flow. The search capability is AMAZING.

Intuitive and easy to use. The ability to modify setting and configurations is simple.

For the moat part, we have been able to fully customize the PMV interface to provide for easy high level review of the status of each job. We have also found the schedule module to be most useful.

I think the best feature is that the daily quantities in the installs module are compiled to create the monthly pay application.

Without his help I think that the learning process would of been much more difficult and frustrating.

I like the ability to link documents together. This helps sync work in the field.

Great system for what it is used for. There is a lot of great things to say about the system.

The ability to break up jobs into multiple areas and cost types was very handy.

I believe the product is understated. That is, it is very difficult to understand the value of this product until you have implemented it yourself and are knee deep in the application.

I also like how easy it has been to customize PM Vitals to our preferences and create weekly reports that our email to us.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.
