Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management is a cloud-based project and portfolio management solution for prioritizing, planning, managing and evaluating projects, programs and portfolios. This system can only be deployed in the cloud.
Functionalities include role-based access and real-time view of project performance. Team members can communicate activities such as status updates, issue resolution, scope change and document revisions.
Other features include Gantt charts with the graphical representation of project schedules and calendar and activity networks that provide a view of assignments along with necessary activity information.
The system supports simultaneous management of multiple projects, multi-user access and resource control capabilities with support for multi-tiered project hierarchies, resource scheduling and data capture with customizable views.
Primavera P6 also features risk management, resource management, collaboration and content management, timesheets, reporting and analytics.

- Sometimes you would have to click on WBS and go back to Activities in order for it to allow you to add an activity (for add add activity not to be ghosted). Could be a glitch.
- sometimes when adding WBS list, it does not show it in order you have listed it on the Activities

The Timesheet management, although not very intuitive, is better than other solutions I have been using.
The essential user interface make errors less frequent.
The user experience can be improved a lot.
