Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to learn and use. Great for reporting and managing big sets of data by all attributes.

  • It managed documents very well. Once used to the system and formats it was easy to use. Early on customer support was amazing.

  • Cons

  • The software's interface is very outdated and not up to the mark. When compared to MS Project this software looks ancient.

  • Some line items are not intuitive for editing and the print screen is hard to "fit to page" when needing to print for a meeting.

  • Pros

  • User friendly. Works very well. I log onto it every morning and work with it all day every day. Awesome product. Mary Heinz is FABULOUS

  • It does a lot of accounting needs. I guess if you really need all those steps this would be a great system. But not for a smaller company.

  • Cons

  • The digital take is great it just still needs more fine tuning. at least for me anyway.

  • While major issues get corrected in a timely manor there are a number of smaller issues that affect the program that seem to get pushed down the "pecking list" and never seem to get resolved.
