From the initial service quote to project completed, ProBuilder is able to manage every aspect of the construction process such as estimate creation, project tracking and scheduling, financial management, budget tracking, task management, and on-site documentation. Additional features include GPS-tracking time clock, payroll management with Quickbooks integration, and work order management. With ProBuilder, users can quickly create project estimates using customizable estimation templates. When the project is approved, Budgets are automatically generate from the initial estimate and every detail for a budget such additional estimates and payment terms are managed using budget templates. The budget report can then be shared with the customer for in-app review and approval. Communicating schedules to subs is efficient, and doesn't have some of the over-communication pitfalls of similar programs. Daily logs have all the features I need: Photos, searchable text, talk-to-text, etc. Cons: There were some areas for improvement when I first started using the software, however I brought these deficiencies to ProBuilder's attention, and they were addressed. To that end, I presently have no complaints about the software. Reasons for switching to ProBuilder Online Their price was more competitive, and the pricing structure made more sense for our business than the other program we were using. I am able to make changes easily when needing to adjust the schedule.
